No, sanding the hell out of it tonight. Down to bare metal on the whole front clip and the front of the cab. Evie's brother came over unexpectedly and went nuts on it. Got the worst of the filler work done on it and ready for primer. Progress, progress, progress

This is my exact truck. When it is parked, it will sit exactly like this.

me thinks the them running boards are not going to last on our Mi pot holed roads... neads to be lifted.

He is airbagging it. Only sit that low when parked, raise up when driving.

We did see one this weekend in Romeo that sat that low all the time. Bottom of it was showing signs of road wear. Rest of it was just trashed (real 'Rat' Rod)

Love the slammed look.

Hmm, I wonder what it'd be like if I made a 2wd rat-rod out of my flatfender. Shorten the tub to be a 2 seater, 4-5 ft box on the back, like a t-bucket pickup. Hmm, maybe I should keep it for future fun...
